ORIGIN
Amaretti Decaffeinato is crafted using high quality coffee beans from Colombia and Brazil. The fruitiness and acidity of this blend are derived from the Colombian beans, while the Brazilian beans contribute to its overall smoothness and balance.
ROASTING
The coffees are divided by country of origin for roasting. The majority of the roast consists of very light Colombian beans, which preserves its fruitness and acidity. The second split, comprising a minority portion, consists solely of Brazilian beans that are significantly darker in order to add intensity while still maintaining a light overall profile.
AROMATIC PROFILE
A delightful Amaretti biscuit flavour infused into a coffee blend with hints of bitter almond, vanilla, and a vibrant fruity acidity.
